For Anastassia, ballroom dancing is a type of sport, fitness, art form, fun social activity, and a cathartic way to express emotion. "It is pure joy." The studio offers lessons in ballet vaganova, barre, bolero, cha cha, flamenco, foxtrot, hustle, mambo, merengue, quickstep, rumba, salsa, samba, swing, tango, Argentine tango, waltz, paso doble, viennese waltz, and so much more. Online dance lessons are available as well.
